To factory reset the MT 48 please try the following:

1) With the MT 48 powered on choose Menu > Settings > Exit > Reboot to Factory

This will wipe the MT48 to factory, any presets and snapshots will not be removed.

– Alternatively –

1) Shutdown the MT 48
2) Hold and Press 2 buttons: The MT 48 MUTE button the TALK Button simultaneously
3) Power up the MT 48 while holding those two buttons pressed until MT 48 powers up completely

This will wipe the MT48 to factory, any presets and snapshots will not be removed.

– Alternatively –

1) Shutdown the MT 48
2) Hold and Press 3 buttons: The MT 48 MUTE button the TALK Button and the Headphone 2 Button simultaneously
3) Power up the MT 48 while holding those three buttons pressed until MT 48 powers up completely

This will wipe-out the MT 48 to Ex-Factory, all presets/snapshots will also be removed.
